From Idea to Project with GenAI

In May, June, and July 2025, the “From Idea to Project with GenAI” training and workshop was conducted with 4 groups, where participants used generative AI as a strategic tool to transform their ideas into fully developed projects.

Under the guidance of Y. Bora Kaykayoğlu, the teams applied creative thinking methods such as SCAMPER, Biomimicry, and Double Diamond, and structured their business ideas using the Business Model Canvas with GenAI support.

The resulting projects were presented not only as practical solutions but also as approaches aligned with TOFAŞ’s strategic GenAI planning.
